the balsis residence

renovated family home of concrete collaborative cofounders kate and chad balsis features a mix of their own playful personal style, of the era nods to the architecture of the home, so cal surf vibes, lots of color and as much concrete collaborative as they could use. highlighting the infamous yellow bathroom using laguna polished tiles and the pink bathroom using strands patterned tiles with a pink bondi sink. to keep the flow throughout the house from interior to exterior the use of alabaster lmc lyc lpc was used in venice tiles and trails pavers formats. it’s a concrete collaborative jungle!
