the brown residence

stepping into the brown residence designed by the very own erin brown. this southern california family home features our material in two kids bathrooms and an exterior renovation. the colorful bathroom was designed with the help of erin’s daughter by choosing all her favorite colors offered in our strands line. the bathroom uses a total of nine bold colors from our strands x solids collection for the floor tile & shower and it was paired with a pacifica slab for the countertop. in the other bathroom you will find our strands x dwell tiles in a custom colorway for the floor as well as a pacifica slab for the vanity ft. a waterfall edge and terrazzo shelving - umm yes pls! lastly, a checkerboard pattern outside using our trails pavers. this home certainly will get the design wheels turning!
